An average day as a Sales Manager…
- Training and coaching your sales staff, ensuring they deliver consistent excellent service and achieve monthly sales and CSI targets
- Maintaining fantastic presentation standards within your dealership and in digital and online images and video.
- Conduct regular staff performance reviews
- Ensure the smooth running of your sales department, effectively and profitably, carefully controlling volume and margin KPIs.
- Build and maintain unparalleled relationships with new and existing customers to maximise future sales opportunities.
- Communicate with our customers with integrity and transparency, enhancing the customer experience – Professionalism is always your top priority.
- Raise the profile of the Stoneacre brand by delivering a consistent 5 star service.
About you… You will have fantastic people skills and thrive working in a customer-facing environment. You will be a natural manager, communicating effectively with your team, and have the ability to demonstrate leadership and direction. You will be results driven with the desire to succeed. Strong motivational and coaching skills, with the focus on bringing the best out of your team. You may not currently work in the motor industry, but you will already have sales management experience. A positive, motivated and empathetic approach with the ability to work well under pressure - It will be your people skills that will help you overcome any challenge that is thrown your way. We want you to love what you do – The rest will come naturally. A full UK driving licence.
