An average day as a Field Sales Executive...
- You will be a self-starter with confidence in building strong relationships and achieve sales growth
- You will assist, liaise with and support the Centre team to ensure good working relationships and delivery of excellent Customer service.
- You will work with the Sales Manager, Parts Sales Executive team, and others to achieve sales growth and provide a joined-up approach to sales.
- Be able to develop and build strong relationships with all customers.
- Ensure Customer discounts are appropriately applied based on spend levels.
- Achieve sales growth for the Customers based in a defined territory.
- Work within the identified sales strategy to increase sales revenues.
- Be able to identify and leverage potential sales opportunities within Customer base.
- Identify any potential new Customer account within Centre territory.
- Maintain own product knowledge and awareness of competitor activity.
About you…
- Have Customer account management experience with a real passion for providing excellent Customer service.
- Have an interest in the Automotive industry.
- Be IT literate, preferably with a good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Have a full clean UK driving licence.
- You will be computer literate, especially Microsoft Office and Excel
- You will have excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Committed to providing excellent customer service and thrive in a busy high-pressured environment.
- Be performance orientated with selling and negotiation skills.
- Have the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships.
- Be able to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines.
- Have the ability to work with a team as well as on own initiative.
