Your Impact
As Supply Chain Manager, you’ll take full ownership of our Skipton site’s supply chain operations - from planning and materials replenishment to customer service and warehouse efficiency. You’ll lead a talented team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure we deliver on time, every time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and execute a robust, site-wide production plan aligned with business goals
- Lead end-to-end planning, RCCP, and demand forecasting to support CAPEX and budgeting
- Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring compliance, safety, and efficiency
- Own the S&OP process and ensure seamless communication across site functions
- Champion continuous improvement and lean practices to reduce waste and boost performance
- Manage artwork change and NPI processes to meet regulatory and customer needs
- Coach and develop your team, fostering a high-performance, values-driven culture
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, inventory control in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Deep understanding of ERP systems and MRP planning
- Knowledge of warehousing operations
- Analytical mindset with a customer-first approach
- Ideally, a degree or professional qualification in Supply Chain or related field (or relevant work experience)
