Join Dechra – a global leader in veterinary pharmaceuticals. We’re looking for an Improvement Lead to drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. If you’re passionate about efficiency, quality, and embedding a culture of excellence, this is your chance to make a real impact.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and embed continuous improvement initiatives using Quality and Lean tools
- Analyse data to identify inefficiencies and implement sustainable solutions
- Drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost
- Support audits, risk assessments, and compliance activities
- Act as a key player in new product introductions and Capex projects
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of Quality and GMP compliance
- Practical experience with continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication and data analysis skills
- Experience of improvements (Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and pharma experience are a plus!)
