The Opportunity
This role involves overall responsibility for planning and scheduling at the Skipton site, including manufacturing, filling & packing, and Quality Control (QC). You will coordinate across functions with Operations, Quality, and Warehouse to ensure products are delivered to customers on time and in full (OTIF).
What will you be doing? This position has a broad scope, and responsibilities include:
- Consolidating the 24-month demand plan and converting it into a flexible, level-loaded schedule to ensure reliable delivery.
- Generating a 24-month rough cut capacity plan (RCCP) for the site.
- Managing inventory levels for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
- Collaborating with the Group Enterprise Planning Team to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
