The role partners closely with leaders to align people strategies with business objectives, acting as a trusted advisor on organisation design, talent management, employee relations, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, performance management and change initiatives.

The candidate will translate business priorities into people plans, ensuring capability and culture.
