What You'll Be Doing
- Lead a motivated production team by creating a supportive, engaging environment, managing attendance and welfare, driving performance through coaching, appraisals, training and recruitment.
- Champion safety by leading investigations, maintaining excellent housekeeping, ensuring compliance with risk assessments, encouraging hazard reporting and delivering regular safety communications.
- Ensure quality by raising and owning deviations, adhering to SOPs and batch documentation, supporting audits and monitoring telemetry to maintain Right First‑Time performance.
- Drive efficient production by aligning plans.
