Packaging & Artwork Coordinator, Supply Chain Team. Day shift, 36 hrs, Mon-Fri, 9‑day fortnight (every second Friday off). Fixed‑Term Contract until the end of 2026.
The opportunity: If you’re someone who finds real satisfaction in bringing clarity, structure, and precision to busy processes, this role could be a fantastic next step. As our Packaging & Artwork Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of how printed and packaging components move through the business—making sure every detail is correct, every change is controlled, and every product reaches the market with complete accuracy. Please note this is NOT a creative role designing artwork for our products. This will primarily involve utilising our QMS system, Veeva, to manage artwork changes with printing and packaging components. You’ll contribute to the overarching process to ensure accuracy of changes/updates to packaging and components for our products.
What the role looks like day‑to‑day: You’ll work closely with our Supply Chain Manager and be a key part of the Skipton‑based team, coordinating the entire artwork approval process from start to finish. That means keeping both electronic and paper records up to date, ensuring artwork moves smoothly through the system, and maintaining the templates and PDFs that keep everything consistent. Your ability to proofread carefully, spot inconsistencies, and manage multiple tasks at once will make you the person everyone relies on to get things right. This is a role built on collaboration. You’ll be in regular contact with Quality, Production, Regulatory Affairs, and Planning teams, helping to ensure artwork changes are generated and approved on time. You’ll also liaise with customers and suppliers, guiding new artwork introductions so they’re handled in a controlled and compliant way. When stock needs managing or rejects need processing, you’ll make sure everything follows the correct procedure and reaches its proper conclusion. As new products or line extensions come into the business, you’ll support their introduction by coordinating the creation and approval of key documents—from specifications to batch records and formulation sheets. You’ll also work with the Packing department to arrange trials whenever significant component changes are planned, ensuring everything is tested, understood, and ready for production.
What makes you awesome: To thrive here, you’ll bring excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the confidence to influence others when needed. A background in manufacturing will give you a solid foundation, and your strong maths, English, and IT skills will help you navigate the technical and administrative aspects of the role. If you also have experience in the print industry, familiarity with Oracle systems, or existing product knowledge, those will be valuable additions.
Why You’ll Love It Here: We provide veterinary professionals with the tools to support the welfare of animals worldwide. A true career with real purpose, that’s something you can proudly shout about. We work across a 9‑day fortnight at our Skipton site. This means every second Friday will be your day off, allowing for longer weekends to spend more time with family and friends, offering a great work‑life balance.
Benefits: Healthcare Cash plan (dental, prescriptions, therapies), Headspace App (positive mental wellbeing app), Discounted Gym Membership, Cycle to work scheme, Discount on pet food, Free fruit Mondays, Free on‑site parking (including free electric charging), 22.5 days annual leave + Bank Holidays, Option to buy a week’s holiday each year, 8% Employer pension contribution.
