The Role
As a Dispensary Technician, you'll be the first step in our manufacturing process. You'll dispense raw materials (solid and liquid) following clear instructions and SOPs to ensure accurate, safe and efficient production.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and clean the dispensing area
- Pick and weigh 5-20 raw materials per batch
- Secure materials for manufacturing in tamper‑proof cages
- Wear full PPE, including overalls, air hood and filtration pack
- Cross‑check colleagues' work to maintain our "Right First Time" standards
- Follow batch documentation (mostly paper‑based) with strong attention to detail
What You'll Bring
- Experience in pharmaceuticals or other regulated industries is helpful but not essential
- Good organisation and comfort working with GMP processes and batch documents
- Accuracy when weighing materials and preparing equipment
- A proactive, honest approach and willingness to raise concerns
