The Role: As a Senior Consulting Engineer - Forward Deployed - you will operate with high individual ownership and support empowering Consulting Engineers. You’ll design solutions that unify complex data landscapes, build workflows that drive smarter decisions, and partner with organisations to deliver sustainable transformation. Working directly with your clients, you will be the face of Decho, requiring a unique blend of technical mastery and high emotional intelligence (EQ) to navigate complex environments. You will have creative freedom to architect solutions, working iteratively to build fast, show your work to clients and refine it based on real-time feedback.
What You'll Do:
- End-to-End Delivery: Take significant individual ownership of client problems, handling everything from deep data engineering knowing that may require low/no code Palantir Foundry tooling, or Python and PySpark code repos, to building user-facing front-end applications and widgets in TypeScript or REACT.
