Data Management: Perform data entry and updates in Workday and VI systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Inbox Support: Monitor and respond to various Talent team shared inboxes, responding to or escalating issues as needed.

Employment Processes: Support pre- and post-employment processes, including background and conflicts check processing, exit interview scheduling, and reference checks.

Invoice & Agreement Processing: Process invoices and vendor agreements in compliance with firm policies.

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to all Talent departments, including document preparation, record maintenance, and logistics for various programs.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive employee and candidate information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Experience

  • 0-2 years of administrative experience, ideally in a client service capacity.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a global or EMEA-focused role.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools and processes.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Interest or experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, or Professional Development.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Workday, VI or similar HRIS systems is a plus.
