We train customers with no prior crypto experience to become DeFi Masters with our custom videos, live sessions, 1on1s with mentors, proprietary tools, research reports and more. We are building the biggest DeFi ecosystem, and our quick growth—80+ full‑time employees and a bootstrapped, profitable company targeting $50m in revenue in 2025—shows our momentum and potential unicorn status.
What you will be doing:
- Describe and sell our offering to potential customers
- Issue contracts and process payments
- Communicate with customers via Zoom or other company‑allocated channels
- Maintain a working knowledge of the company's services
- Establish and nurture relationships with potential customers to facilitate sales
- Use data to help customers understand how we can help them achieve their goals
- Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales, as needed
- Ensure professional camera practices during all meetings and client interactions
You will get 5 qualified calls every day - more if you are hungry enough!
Requirements:
- Experience in a B2C offer, especially one‑call closes and collecting payments on the call
- Full‑time availability
- Solid track record, at least $100k closed as a remote closer
- Hungry, competitive, coachable, and willing to work long hours to develop skills
- Previous successful sales experience
- Bonus if familiar with or sold to our market before
- High quality references available
- Interpersonal skills, time management, quick thinking
