About Catalyst Capital
Catalyst Capital is the holding company behind a portfolio of investing education and community brands - Decentralized Masters, Inflection Club, Legacy, and more.
Each brand serves a different audience with a different promise, but they share one engine: content that earns attention, builds trust, and turns strangers into members.
Social is not a side channel for us.
It is the front door.
Before anyone books a call, joins a community, or invests a dollar with us, they meet us on a feed.
That first impression is what this role owns.
The role
We are hiring a Social Media Manager to own daily execution across the portfolio.
This is hands-on and high-ownership: you will publish for multiple brands and founder accounts, hold each one to its own voice, grow and engage communities in the hundreds of thousands, and feed the top of a sales funnel that the whole business runs on.
You are not writing strategy decks.
You are shipping - every day, on time, error-free - and turning what the numbers tell you into sharper content next week.
If you get energy from clean execution, fast feedback loops, and watching both engagement and booked calls climb, this is your role.
- What you will own
- Daily publishing across the portfolio. Ship on schedule across Linked In, Instagram, You Tube, X, Tik Tok .
- Voice discipline. Keep every brand sounding like itself. Decentralized Masters does not sound like Legacy. You are the person who never lets those blur.
- The content calendar.
Keep one master editorial calendar accurate across all brands, coordinate with the creative director, editors and writers, and make sure every asset ships on time.
- Community and engagement.
Reply to comments and DMs, nurture the engagement network, and build real relationships with our communities every single day.
Route genuine buying intent to the right team instead of letting it die in an inbox.
- Launch and campaign marketing. Own the social push behind launches, webinars and live events - the campaigns that drive.
- Quality control. Review every video and graphic for spelling, quality and brand consistency before it goes live. Nothing publishes unchecked.
- Compliance-aware publishing.
Investing content carries real risk.
You will follow our approved language and disclaimer rules to the letter, and escalate anything that reads as a promise, a guarantee or personalised advice.
- Reporting and insights. Pull analytics, spot what is working, tie it back to pipeline, and turn it into recommendations the team can act on.
- A week in the role
Content is planned and produced roughly two weeks ahead, so you always have a clear runway. A typical rhythm:
- Publish across every brand at scheduled times, then run the post-upload quality check on everything that went live.
- Spend focused time each day in comments and DMs, and maintain the engagement network.
- Coordinate with the creative director, editors and the content team to keep the pipeline moving and assets on brand.
- Track registrations and inbound volume during campaign windows and keep the team updated.
- Deliver a weekly performance report, and a deeper monthly growth analysis that shapes the next month of content.
- What you will be measured on
Growth metrics are the leading indicator. Pipeline is the scorecard.
- Pipeline contribution: booked calls, applications and qualified leads attributable to social, growing month over month.
- Execution: posts go live on time and error-free, every time, across every brand.
- Growth and engagement: engagement rate and follower growth improve month over month per brand.
- Campaign results: registrations and signups grow launch over launch.
- Quality: content is consistently excellent, compliant, and unmistakably on brand - with no brand-voice bleed between properties.
- Reporting: clear, timely, and it actually changes what we do next.
Requirements
Who you are
- You have hands-on experience running social for a brand or creator, ideally several platforms at once. Managing more than one brand or account simultaneously is a strong plus.
- You are a naturally strong writer who can pick up a specific voice and write copy that stops the scroll - and switch voices cleanly between brands.
- You are relentlessly detail-oriented. Typos, weak assets and missed posting times genuinely bother you.
- You read analytics comfortably and turn numbers into clear, actionable insight - including connecting content to downstream conversion, not just likes.
- You are proactive and self-directed. You flag issues early, ask before assuming, and take ownership without being chased.
- You understand how each platform actually works, including how algorithms and formats differ.
- You are genuinely warm and personable in the way you engage a community.
- You are comfortable working inside compliance guardrails rather than treating them as an obstacle.
- Nice to have
- Experience in crypto, investing, fintech or financial education - or in the creator-economy and personal-brand space.
- Experience running social across a multi-brand portfolio or holding company.
- Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools such as Hypefury, Taplio or similar.
- Working knowledge of design tools like Canva and Figma.
- Experience with UTM tracking, link management and simple attribution - and reading it back out of a CRM.
- Comfort using AI tools to move faster without sacrificing quality.
- Why this role is unusual
Most social roles are one brand, one voice, one funnel.
This one sits at the holding-company level: you see how several brands, several audiences and several offers actually perform side by side.
What you learn here compounds faster than it would anywhere else.
Benefits
What do we offer you?
- Competitive salary package
- Full-time / 40 hours a week
- Unlimited PTO
- Flexible work schedule
- Team off-sites
- Young and dynamic culture with team members across 30+ countries
- Fully remote with a very supportive team - work from anywhere in the world
