At Decent Music PR (www.decentmusicpr.com), we are trying to redefine how music promotion company\’s engages with its audience. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented in-house Web Designer to take ownership of our digital presence, create a super smooth, crisp, modern and engaging website that instills trust and credibility to our clients and visitors. This is an exciting opportunity to design, refine, and evolve our website and client-facing materials, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

What You’ll Do
- Lead Web Design: Own the design and development of a new website, ensuring it aligns with brand identity and business goals.
- Continuous Website Improvements: Implement ongoing updates, optimize user flows, and enhance performance.
- Design Digital Materials: Create visually compelling assets, including landing pages, banners, client resources, social media templates and anything else we need.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop high-converting digital experiences.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up to date with the latest in web design, UX/UI best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Optimize for SEO & Performance: Ensure best practices are followed for SEO, mobile responsiveness, and site speed.
What We’re Looking For
Proven Experience: 4+ years as a Web Designer (agency or in-house).
Design & Development Skills: Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, and WordPress (or similar CMS).
UX/UI Expertise: Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys.
SEO & Performance Optimization: Understanding of website performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
Creativity & Problem-Solving: Ability to balance aesthetics with functionality and business objectives.
Communication & Collaboration: Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and translating ideas into design.
