Company description: Decent provides marketing and promotional solutions to emerging and established artists. Our goal is to deliver the most effective services in the market to deliver impactful organic growth that keeps clients coming back. We currently offer ads marketing services, Spotify playlisting, radio promotion, publicity campaigns and more.
Job Posting: We are on the lookout for appropriate candidates who have proven sales experience, a passion for music, excellent organisational skills and an above-and-beyond mentality that's required to learn the complexities of music marketing and promotion, as well as for building long lasting client relationships. This is a commission based role that will lead into salary depending on if requirements are hit. Candidates should be quick to learn basic CRM functionality (Hubspot experience is a bonus), be good with Google sheets and navigating Google Drive, have reliable internet connection and be able to fully commit to the role.

Responsibilities:
- To achieve targets on a monthly basis
- To learn to become an expert of music marketing and promotion.
- To maintain and build your own personal pipeline.
- To provide customer service for our artists.
- To maintain and nurture client relationships.
- To assist clients on their releases, goals and targets.
- To onboard and organise artist campaigns.
- To find new talent we can assist.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Proven experience working in a Sales & KPI-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills, including solid command of the written English language and being comfortable on video calls.
- Strong impetus to learning and understanding the complexities of digital marketing and promotion.
- As you would be working from home, time management and self organisation is key (using your own initiative)
- Commitment and wanting to be part of this fast growing company.
- Passionate about helping artists from all genres grow and develop.
- Be self-sufficient at sourcing 20+ leads each day to build your own pipeline.
- Ability to build instant rapport with people and develop deep relationships.
- Basic Google sheets and Docs skills, fast administrative workflow as well as CRM experience.
- Wide musical range and taste – also an understanding of what the musical tastemakers will like.
- Reliable and quick to respond during the work hours given
