We currently offer ads marketing services, Spotify playlisting, radio promotion, publicity campaigns and more.
Job Posting: We are expanding our team at Decent Music PR! We are looking for candidates who have proven sales experience, a passion for music, excellent organisational skills and an above-and-beyond mentality required to learn the complexities of music marketing and promotion, as well as for building long-lasting client relationships. This is a commission-based role that will lead into salary depending on if requirements are hit. Candidates should be quick to learn basic CRM functionality (Hubspot experience is a bonus), be good with Google Sheets and navigating Google Drive, have a reliable internet connection and be able to fully commit to the role.
The successful A&R Sales Executive will seek to drive the overall growth of the whole team and advance the vision of our company.

- To achieve targets on a monthly basis

- To maintain and build your own personal pipeline
- To provide customer service for our artists

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Proven experience working in a Sales & KPI-driven environment
- Excellent communication skills, including solid command of the written English language and being comfortable on video calls
- Strong impetus to learning and understanding the complexities of digital marketing and promotion
- Time management and self-organisation is key (using your own initiative)
- Commitment and wanting to be part of this fast-growing company
- Passionate about helping artists from all genres grow and develop
- Be self-sufficient at sourcing 20+ leads each day to build your own pipeline
- Ability to build instant rapport with people and develop deep relationships
- Basic Google Sheets and Docs skills, fast administrative workflow as well as CRM experience
- Wide musical range and taste β also an understanding of what the musical tastemakers will like
- Reliable and quick to respond during the work hours given
