Our Hospitality Group client with several venues in the West of Scotland require a Personal Assistant to a senior director. As this is a hospitality client, candidates must have a degree of flexibility in when tasks and duties will be completed due to the nature of the business.
Duties will include:
- Task Scheduling
- Receiving and fielding calls
- Board meetings and minute taking
- Use of software
- Documentation preparation
Candidate Must Have:
- A right to work full time hours in the UK for 52 weeks of the year.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- A confident manner
- An appreciation of regulation and confidentiality
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good IT skills
- Proven experience in an executive similar role
This is a permanent role for the right candidate and salary will be depending on experience.
