DECCO Perth is a leading distributor supplying high street retailers, garden centres, and DIY specialists. We are currently seeking two dependable Warehouse Operatives to join our established team. This is a permanent, full-time position for individuals who value a structured work environment and take pride in operational accuracy and efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
- Order Fulfilment: Accurately picking and preparing customer orders for dispatch.
- Standards & Safety: Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional warehouse environment.
- Operational Targets: Working collaboratively to meet daily distribution deadlines.
Requirements & Skills
- Reliability: A consistent track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Attention to Detail: The ability to process orders accurately and identify discrepancies.
- Licensing: Possession of Forklift or Reach Truck licences would be advantageous, though we value a strong work ethic and reliability above all.
- Physicality: Comfortable with the physical requirements of a busy warehouse environment.
Working Hours & Location
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 5:00pm; Friday 8:30am - 2:30pm (No weekend work).
- Location: DECCO Perth (In-person).
