Your Responsibilities:
- Passionate Customer Service: Through your passion for sport, you’ll share tips and experiences with users. Through our hands-on product training, you will be able to give the best technical advice for the sports you are responsible for. Decathlon has shifted into an omnichannel business so our sports advisors and sales assistants must be able to assist customers in all aspects of retail shopping, whether that’s in-store or online!
- Merchandising: Whether full-time or part-time, every Sales Assistant is encouraged to take responsibility for autonomously managing stock levels and pricing and to provide a high level of merchandising so that each customer can easily find the right product for their sports practice.
- Being a Team Player: Join a crew of Sports Advisors who sleep and breathe sports! Together, you'll be high-fiving victories and tackling challenges as a team. It's all about rocking the team spirit while also owning your game independently.
