As a Sports Advisor, your role is to ensure all customers leave our stores happy. You will be a crucial player in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. From a friendly and professional welcome to a quick and easy payment process, your role is to always deliver a champion shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Decathlon invests in the development of teammates so that those who want to build careers within the business can flourish within their roles. Your responsibilities include:
- Customer Service: Share tips and experiences with customers through your passion for sport. Use our product training to give the best technical advice for the sports you are responsible for. Assist customers in all aspects of retail shopping, whether in-store or online, reflecting our shift to an omnichannel business.
- Merchandising: Manage stock levels and pricing autonomously, and ensure high-quality merchandising so customers can easily find the right products for their sports practice.
- Team Player: Work well within a team of Sport Advisors, celebrating victories together, and also work independently when needed.
