Overview

Sales Assistant at Decathlon UK. You will share your passion for sport, provide technical advice through product knowledge, and assist customers in all aspects of retail shopping, both in store and online as Decathlon operates with omnichannel services.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service – Share tips and experiences related to sport and provide technical advice through product training for the sports you are responsible for. Support customers in all aspects of retail shopping, whether in store or online.
• Merchandising – Autonomously manage stock levels and pricing, and provide a high level of merchandising to help customers easily find the right product for their sporting practice.
• Team Player – Work as part of a shop floor team, practicing sport and celebrating successes, while able to collaborate within a team and also work independently.
