Responsibilities
- Customer Service – Through your passion for sport, share your tips and experiences with users and, through hands-on product training, provide the best technical advice for the sports you support. Decathlon has shifted to an omnichannel model, so you will assist customers in-store and online.
- Merchandising – Manage stock levels and pricing, and provide a high level of merchandising so that customers can easily find the right product for their sporting practice.
- Team Player – Work as part of a shop floor team of Sales Assistants, while also able to work independently, especially during peak times.
