As a Multisport Workshop Technician, you are a key reason our customers return to Decathlon. Your role involves diagnosing and providing timely repairs or services across a range of sports products (circa 85% bikes) to meet customer expectations. You'll help customers extend the life of their sports products, keeping them performing like new for longer. No day will be the same — you'll diagnose, quote, and repair products while delivering the best customer experience. Our Workshops are central to sustainability in our stores — you'll play an integral part in reducing our environmental impact. This includes recycling and repairing defective sports products before giving them a second life.

In a Nutshell, Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Diagnosing technical faults in customer products and agreeing on the best solutions with customers.
  • Servicing and repairing customer products within your Decathlon Store.
  • Ensuring customers have an excellent service experience.
  • Managing stock, ordering, and control.
  • Analyzing business performance.
