The Operations Coordinator / Buyer’s Assistant supports the day-to-day operational execution of House of Decant’s inventory, product listings, and supplier activity. This role focuses on accurate execution, coordination, and follow-through across inventory, systems, and logistics.
The role works closely with buying, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure products are correctly set up, stock is in the right place, and operational issues are resolved quickly.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple locations
- Upload product data, images, SKUs, and pricing updates
- Ensure listings are accurate and live on time for launches and promotions
- Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and invoices
- Logistics & Fulfilment Coordination
- Coordinate inbound shipments with suppliers and warehouses
- Work with warehouse teams to resolve fulfilment or stock issues
- Track basic sales, stock movement, and inventory performance
- Prepare regular reports to support reordering and planning decisions
- Launch & Promotion Support
- Act as a point of contact between buying, warehouse, and customer service teams
2–5 years’ experience in operations, inventory, buying support, or e-commerce.
