About the role
We're looking for our first field marketing manager in EMEA. This person will own end-to-end event management across trade shows, field events, executive dinners, and community activations. In this role, you will:
- Build and own the EMEA events calendar, from strategy through execution to post-event follow-up.
- Partner closely with the EMEA sales team to ensure targeting of the right accounts and presence at the right events.
- Plan and execute a range of event formats including trade shows, executive dinners, hosted events, and community activations.
- Develop and manage the post-event follow-up motion to ensure leads are captured and actioned.
- Track and report on pipeline, ROI, and lead conversion metrics.
- Use event performance data to inform investment decisions and continuously improve the events program.
Your background looks something like this:
- 5-7 years of field or event marketing experience at a B2B company.
- Experience owning events in EMEA, you understand how markets differ across the region and can adapt.
- Strong commercial instincts, comfortable being held to a pipeline number.
- The ability to run multiple programs at once without dropping the ball.
- Experience turning one-off events into repeatable programs.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where things aren't always figured out yet.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% across EMEA and occasionally to the US.
