Decagon, the leading conversational AI platform, is hiring a Customer Engineer, Agent Builder to execute end-to-end AI agent builds for strategic customers in an in-office setting in the UK. You will partner with customers and internal teams to translate requirements into build plans and deliver enterprise-grade agents that meaningfully impact the client’s business.
You’ll collaborate with Agent PMs, Engineering, GTM, and Design to create tight feedback loops, design agent behaviour, and ensure effective communication throughout the process.
