The predicted salary is between 19392 - 22688 £ per year.

Location: Wenlock Road, London, N1
(Trialling hybrid working: 2 days in the office per month, which is subject to change)
Compulsory 2-week office attendance during an appeal.

Salary: £32,240 per annum
Contract status: Full time, 3 years fixed term.

The digital landscape evolves rapidly and keeping abreast of changes is key for digital innovation at the DEC. We are seeking a Digital and Innovation Officer to support the Digital and Innovation Manager in the varied areas of digital fundraising, performance and compliance, website development, and innovation.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the charity sector. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Website Maintenance: General management of the website’s CMS (Drupal), embedding SEO, dealing with website backlogs, maintaining a high quality of sprint planning with suppliers, supporting website UX reviews, and producing performance reports.
  2. Digital Fundraising: Assist the quick execution of paid social, search, and display advertising during an appeal. Help to launch ads quickly, reviewing and optimising performance.
  3. Innovation: Support with innovation sprints, workshops, and new product development. Explore the opportunities of AI within the organisation, supporting the development and project management of new products.
  4. Team Working and Collaboration: Excellent stakeholder awareness, providing proactive support.
