DEC UKLTD (ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTORS) SITTINGBOURNE, KENT
Due to our overwhelming growth over the last 3 years we are seeking to employ an additional pro-active, hands-on internal salesperson/Account manager to join our busy branch based in Sittingbourne, Kent.
The role
- Must have at least 4 years minimum Electrical Wholesale experience
- You will be part of a small team and a main point of contact for customers helping them find the right products, solve problems, and manage their orders efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming sales calls/e-mails & outbound calling
- Formulating incoming quotations/ chasing them up in a timely manner
- Processing sales orders
- Organising deliveries, reacting to customer needs in a pro-active manner
- Negotiating prices with our existing extensive supply chain
- Finding & following up new sales leads in a professional manner
- Picking and packing goods depending on workload
- Trade counter sales
- Visiting customers when needed
