Senior-level Marketing & GTM Manager role owning growth, automation and CRM for Scaled and ScaledOS, focused on building end-to-end HubSpot infrastructure, demand generation, nurturing journeys and content across LinkedIn, email and web. The role is hands-on, uses AI tooling to accelerate marketing operations, and is hybrid based in Stamford, Lincolnshire (2–3 days/week on-site).
Job Description
Role Marketing & GTM Manager (Growth & Automation) owning the marketing function for Scaled and ScaledOS. This is a hands-on role responsible for building and operating the marketing engine, with a focus on CRM, automation, demand generation and content execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own HubSpot end-to-end: workflows, sequences, lead scoring, lists, lifecycle stages, reporting and integrations.
- Build marketing automation and nurture journeys that convert, not just send campaigns.
- Ensure CRM hygiene and data integrity; treat clean data as a commercial asset.
- Lead demand generation across campaigns, content, email, paid and organic channels with clear attribution.
- Execute content across LinkedIn, email and web for both Scaled and ScaledOS.
- Use AI tooling to accelerate content creation and workflow automation.
- Manage the marketing calendar and coordinate cross-brand activities between Scaled and ScaledOS.
- Work in a lean team and set the pace of delivery.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of B2B marketing experience (agency, SaaS or consultancy experience preferred).
- Strong HubSpot proficiency beyond basics (workflows, sequences, custom properties, dashboards, integrations).
- Demonstrable experience building marketing automation and nurture flows from scratch.
- Up-to-date practitioner experience with AI tools and automation stacks.
- Ability to commute to Stamford, Lincolnshire 2–3 days per week.

- GTM engineering experience: understanding and building modern go-to-market stacks and tooling.
- Vibe coding experience: comfortable using AI-assisted coding tools to build lightweight automations or internal tools without a developer.
