Key Responsibilities

  • Produce clean, extensible full-stack code and set the team standard for quality.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers and Designers to refine requirements and ensure user-centered outcomes.
  • Integrate AI-assisted development tools into workflows to accelerate delivery and reduce repetitive work.

6-Month Focus

  • Strong system design and architectural experience; familiarity with event-driven patterns is beneficial.
  • Proven mentoring and collaboration skills; ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable shipping imperfect solutions quickly, iterating based on data, and making decisions amid ambiguity.
  • Experience or willingness to adopt AI-assisted development tools in daily workflows.

Benefits

  • 27 days holiday plus 5 additional days (1 life event day, 2 volunteer days, 2 company wellbeing days) and 8 bank holidays per year.
