Yotpo is leading the next era of trust and loyalty in eCommerce. With AI-powered Reviews and Loyalty solutions, we help brands turn browsers into customers and customers into advocates. Through deep integrations across the eCommerce ecosystem and the trust of over 30,000 global brands, Yotpo delivers seamless omnichannel experiences that increase conversion, strengthen customer relationships, and drive profitable, long-term growth.

We're looking for someone who can own ABM from strategy to execution. You'll live and breathe our target accounts, always thinking about the next way to break in, whether that's through relationships, introductions, social channels, creative outreach, events, or tools you build yourself. You know how to get in front of the right people, open doors, and turn curiosity into conversation. You're not a traditional marketer. You're an operator who moves fast, stays obsessively organized, and never lets an account slip. You'll know where every target stands, what the next steps are, when they're happening, and who's doing them. You manage the programmes, the systems, the tracking, and the follow-through. You understand what it means to have a target, and you bring the energy and discipline to exceed it.

This is a global role based in the UK, reporting into our NYC office. You'll be the connective tissue between our growing EMEA market and global ABM strategy, working closely with our executive team to develop messaging, break-in plans, and go-to-market strategies for our highest-priority accounts worldwide. We move fast, care about craft, and believe the best work happens when we're in the room together. Four days a week, in-office.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Lead operationalisation and execution of ABM campaigns across paid, direct mail, email, gifting, and events.
  • Work closely with the executive team to develop account-level messaging and break-in plans for priority targets.
  • Be the operational backbone of our ABM motion. Track every account, notate next steps, set deadlines, and make sure the right actions get to the right people at the right time.
  • Build and maintain target account lists and clean segmentation across global markets.
  • Develop relationships with decision-makers at target brands and partner with global sales to find entry points into key accounts.
  • Own day-to-day execution across Influ2, Swan, Clay, HeyReach, Salesforce, Gong, and other tools.
  • Use Claude Code and similar tools to vibe-code internal utilities and automate workflows.
  • Own reporting and influence tracking with real qualitative insight, not just dashboards.
  • Attend key events, meet buyers, and ship fast.

About you:

  • Experience working with or for eCommerce brands, agencies, or tech partners. Bonus points for brand-side experience in growth, retention, or CX.
  • Comfort with ambiguity. You figure things out and build the plan as you go.
  • Real sales empathy. You adapt your work based on what's helping close deals.
  • You're a tracking fanatic. You always know where every account stands and can walk anyone through your next four moves on any target at any time.
  • You use AI daily to build, not just to prompt. Claude Code, vibe-coding, automation, all of it.
  • You balance IQ with EQ, default to action, and track everything.
  • Must have valid UK work authorisation to apply.

If you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications outlined above, that’s okay! We believe in hiring people, not just skills. If you have a passion to learn and are excited about eCommerce and technology, then we want to hear from you.

You’d love Yotpo if:

  • You thrive in an innovative environment and enjoy working with cutting edge and game-changing technology.
  • You want to work with the most progressive, disruptive and beloved brands in eCommerce.
  • You geek out a little bit knowing that Yotpo offers the most integrations in the eCommerce ecosystem.
  • Working alongside awesome people at a diverse and inclusive company where your voice is heard and your perspective is encouraged matters to you.

What we offer:

  • Private healthcare with dental and optical included.
  • Pension contribution.
  • Voluntary death in service policy.
  • Cycle to work scheme.
  • Generous PTO, volunteer days, holidays and flex days.
  • Individualized career development, rewards and recognition.
  • Wellness and philanthropic programming and events.
  • Hybrid working model.

We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. You’ll be working alongside awesome people where your voice is heard and your perspective is encouraged. Come join us and help us build a global company where we're all proud to belong. Yotpo is also committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and we want teammates who are similarly passionate about pushing for change in our industry. Yotpo is for everyone, and we’re committed to anti‑racist work. We welcome and employ people regardless of race, colour, gender identity, religion, genetic information, parental or pregnancy status, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, or Veteran status.
