Job Description Role

You will be the first product hire at an AI and data-driven consumer platform, working directly with the founding team to build and iterate MVPs quickly. This is a technical, outcome-focused product role that combines hands-on experimentation with product ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and iterate MVPs fast using AI-first, hands-on product approaches
  • Work closely with engineering to shape solutions rather than only writing requirements
  • Use AI tools and “vibe coding” style workflows to accelerate experimentation
  • Lead product activities including research, testing, validation and customer groups
  • Contribute to design decisions and early UX
  • Help define foundational product areas such as matching, scoring and recommendations

Requirements

  • 2–5 years’ experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
  • Startup or small scale-up background (ideally sub-£10m revenue)
  • Demonstrable track record of shipping real product and owning outcomes
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast with limited data
  • Actively using AI tools in day-to-day work
  • Interest in fitness or wellbeing (desirable)
