Multiverse is the upskilling platform for AI and Tech adoption. We have partnered with 1,500+ companies to deliver a new kind of learning that's transforming today’s workforce. Our upskilling apprenticeships are designed for people of any age and career stage to build critical AI, data, and tech skills. Our learners have driven $2bn+ ROI for their employers, using the skills they’ve learned to improve productivity and measurable performance.

The Mission & The Squad: Multiverse is now doubling down hard on AI and we've just launched a groundbreaking AI Adoption Platform to lead the charge. You’ll be joining the Adoption AI Team: a small, high‑velocity squad operating like a startup inside Multiverse. We’re building a category‑defining product from scratch, leveraging our massive customer base and IP to deliver personalised, role‑specific AI use cases to the enterprise. Our MVP already showed 10x adoption results in early pilots. Now we’re building the engine to scale it to the world, and that’s where you come in.

The Ask: We’re looking for a player‑coach: someone who can set the strategic direction in the morning and build a prototype with their team in the afternoon. This isn’t a "delegate and review" kind of role.

  • Own the Product Strategy: Work closely with the VP of Product to define and articulate the vision for our AI Adoption Platform.
  • Drive the Roadmap: Take full ownership of planning and executing the product roadmap across the entire platform suite.
  • Lead & Grow Your Team: Directly manage two PMs, setting them up to do the best work of their careers.
  • Move from MVP to Scale: Take our high‑performing pilot and lead the build‑out of our core product suite.
  • Build & Lead by Example: This isn’t just a leadership role, you build.
  • Influence Across the Business: Work cross‑functionally with Engineering, Design, GTM, and senior leadership.

About You: You’re a builder who has grown into a leader, but you haven't lost the instinct to get your hands dirty. You think in prototypes, lead with clarity, and bring your team along with you rather than delegating from a distance.

  • Have taken a B2B product from 0 to 1.
  • Love building in ambiguity and have the grit to iterate your way to clarity.
  • Get genuinely excited about AI.
  • Are a natural people leader.
  • Have strong opinions, loosely held.
  • Want to shape something early‑stage from the top.

Our North Stars: Here’s how great PMs operate on our team:

  • Solve for Customer Value: We don't build AI for the sake of AI.
  • Drivers, Not Passengers: You're an owner.
  • Be Decisive, Even in Ambiguity: Speed is our strategy.
  • AI to Deliver Outcomes: AI is our engine.
  • Outcome-Driven Delivery: You consistently make the right technical trade‑offs.

What You'll Bring:

  • 0→1 Product Experience.
  • People Leadership.
  • Hiring Instinct.
  • Product Strategy Chops.
  • Building Skills.
  • Stakeholder Management.
  • B2B Edge.
  • Technical Craft.
  • Exceptional Communication.

Not Our Vibe: Corporate Bureaucrats, Hands‑Off Leaders, Passive Observers, AI Sceptics.

The Interview Process:

  • Recruiter Screen.
  • Hiring Manager Intro Interview.
  • The Building Assignment.
  • Operating Principles Final.

Benefits: 27 days holiday, plus additional days off, health & wellness benefits, hybrid work offering, work‑from‑anywhere scheme, space to connect.

How to prepare for a job interview at Debtt Group

Understand the Product Life Cycle

As a product management candidate, we need to get our head around the complete product life cycle. Be prepared to discuss real-world examples of how you’ve managed product development from ideation to launch. Bring specific insights on tools like JIRA or Trello that can help streamline these processes.

Showcase Your Cross-Functional Skills

Product management is all about collaboration. We should be ready to highlight how we’ve worked across teams—think marketing, engineering, and design. Prepare to discuss scenarios where you had to mediate differing opinions and how you got everyone on board with a shared vision.
