About the Role: Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end design for Viber Pay and fintech flows within the Viber app, focusing on clarity, trust, and AI-driven product experiences. Based in the London office, you'll own discovery through delivery, run research and prototyping, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and an international design team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full design process: discovery, research, prototyping, testing, and final design delivery.
- Own design for financial flows that require high clarity and trust (sending/receiving money, wallet onboarding, transaction history, identity verification).
- Use AI tools across research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, and workflow automation; help shape AI-driven product features.

- Contribute to and evolve the shared design system across Viber products.
- Keep design work aligned with product KPIs and business outcomes; participate in cross-functional rituals and leadership feedback loops.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product design experience in B2C mobile products, ideally in fintech, payments, or digital wallets.
- Demonstrated ownership from problem framing through shipping.
- Data-driven: able to dig into data and analytics independently and use metrics to inform design decisions.
- Strong UX craft and attention to detail (microcopy, edge cases, error states, micro-interactions).
- Experience designing regulated or compliance-adjacent flows (identity verification, onboarding, transaction limits).
