Key Responsibilities
  • Lead retailer-facing marketing activity across your region, supporting consistent delivery of brand-aligned retail execution.
  • Conduct reviews with retailers to analyse spend effectiveness, campaign adoption and return on investment.
  • Translate national marketing campaigns into local activation programmes.
  • Coordinate with sales, aftersales, product and finance teams to align on messaging and priorities.
  • Provide retailers with toolkits, guidance and best-practice support to enhance marketing quality.
  • Monitor KPIs including leads, conversion, showroom traffic and campaign ROI.
  • Prepare structured insight reports for senior management, outlining opportunities for improvement.
  • Support model launches, tactical campaigns and local events.
Requirements
  • Strong automotive retail or field marketing experience.
  • Understanding of retailer operating models and local activation disciplines.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and planning skills.
  • Confident analysing campaign performance data and optimising future plans.
