Key Responsibilities

  • Reconciliation & Documentation: Accurately reconcile service charges, utility bills, and other property-related expenses; collect, process, and maintain compliance documentation and authorisations.
  • Landlord & Tenant Support: Respond promptly and professionally to financial enquiries from landlords and tenants, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Bilingual Financial Communication: Translate, draft, and explain financial compliance materials, legal notices, and procedures related to the UK rental and property management environment.
  • Systems & Process Management: Use financial and property management systems efficiently to track bills, payments, and reports, ensuring deadlines are met and records are up to date.
  • Billing & Arrears Follow-Up: Proactively monitor and follow up on service charges, ground rent, and rent arrears, supporting timely resolution for all parties.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Financial & Technical Skills: Experience using accounting or financial tools, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent English reading and writing skills for professional email communication; fluent Mandarin for client support and documentation.
