You will be working full-time, 35 hours a week across 5 days (out of 7), and for your dedication, you will be rewarded with a salary of £24,733.80 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales and Achieve Targets: Implement strategies to maximize sales, meet and exceed targets, and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Design Engaging Window Displays: Create visually appealing and regularly updated window displays to attract customers and promote donations.
  • Manage Donated Goods: Oversee the safe and efficient manual handling of donated items, including sorting, processing, and preparing them for sale.
  • Champion Donation Quality and Customer Experience: Ensure donated goods are handled with care and presented to a high standard, fostering a positive and welcoming environment for all customers.
  • Promote Inclusivity and Empathy: Cultivate a shop environment that is inclusive and demonstrates empathy towards all customers and donors, understanding and responding to their diverse needs.
