What we are looking for in our Store Assistant You will be enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. You will enjoy working as part of a team, supporting both colleagues and volunteers, and contributing to the smooth and efficient running of our
Bognor
store. Retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. Your Key Responsibilities as a Store Assistant Provide excellent customer service to all customers and donors Support the processing, pricing, and replenishment of donated stock Help maintain high standards of shop presentation and cleanliness Assist with visual merchandising to promote sales and commercial success Support colleagues and volunteers in day-to-day store activities Follow DEBRA policies and procedures, including health, safety, and safeguarding Why work for us at DEBRA?
