DEBRA is recruiting for a friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented Shop Manager to join our team at our Southampton store. Our Shop Manager will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working a 6-month fixed-term contract for 35 hours per week , with a salary of Β£26,954.20 per annum . About DEBRA We are a national charity supporting individuals and families affected by Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB) , a painful genetic skin condition that can be fatal in severe cases. What we are looking for in our Retail Shop Manager You should be motivated, enthusiastic, with good customer service, retail administration, and management skills, and able to work well under pressure to meet targets and support the efficient running of our Southampton store. Key Responsibilities Recruit, maintain, and manage paid staff and volunteers Maintain high standards of customer service Maximize profits to increase the store\’s contribution Utilize online platforms to generate sales Apply visual merchandising skills to promote the store Generate quality donated goods to meet processing targets Why work for DEBRA?
