As a Store Manager, you will take ownership of your store’s performance, maximising income through physical and digital channels while leading an inclusive and diverse team. By role‑modelling the DEBRA values, you will create a positive environment where colleagues and volunteers feel supported, engaged and focused on delivering impact for the EB community.

Our Linlithgow Retail Store Manager will join us on a full-time, permanent basis working a contract of 35 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 earning a salary of £25,480.00 annum / £14.00 an hour.

About DEBRA: We are a national charity that supports individuals and families affected by Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB) - a painful genetic skin blistering condition which, in the worst cases, can be fatal.

What we are looking for in our Retail Store Manager:

  • You will be motivated and enthusiastic, with good customer service, retail administration and management skills as well as the ability to work well under pressure to meet targets and to help and support the efficient running of our store in Linlithgow.

Your Key Responsibilities in the role of Retail Store Manager:

  • Effectively recruit, maintain, and manage both paid employees and volunteers.
  • Ensure a standard of excellence is maintained, in terms of customer service.
  • Maximising profits to increase overall contribution of the store.
  • Use visual merchandising talents to ensure the store is presented well and promoting commercial success.
  • Generate quality donated goods to achieve processing targets to maintain shop density levels.
