As a Store Manager, you will take ownership of your store’s performance, maximising income through physical and digital channels while leading an inclusive and diverse team. Southampton Retail Store Manager – fulltime, temporary contract working 35 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 earning a salary of £27,755 per annum / £15.25 an hour. (Please note this is a 3 month contract with the opportunity to be extended).

About DEBRA: We are a national charity that supports individuals and families affected by Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB) – a painful genetic skin blistering condition which, in the worst cases, can be fatal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively recruit, maintain, and manage both paid employees and volunteers
  • Ensure a standard of excellence is maintained, in terms of customer service
  • Maximise profits to increase overall contribution of the store
  • Use visual merchandising talents to ensure the store is presented well and promoting commercial success
  • Generate quality donated goods to achieve processing targets and maintain shop density levels
