DEBRA is seeking a motivated Volunteer Lead Co-Ordinator to join our Head Office team in Bracknell. The role is part-time, 21 hours per week, based at our Head Office in Bracknell, Berkshire. Salary is £19,200–£21,600 per annum.

The role leads volunteer recruitment, onboarding, engagement and retention across the organisation, working with retail and central teams to maximise the impact of volunteers. Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills are essential.
