At Deblock, we are building far more than another fintech app. We are redefining how people interact with money, where design, technology, and finance merge into an experience that feels simple, powerful, and human. We are looking for a 3D / Motion & Visual Content Creator who can produce the kind of visuals that transform a brand from great to iconic. You will join a small, fast-moving team and take full ownership of our visual content pipeline: 3D, motion, video, ads, product visuals, and everything in between. If you love creating fast, pushing creative boundaries, and delivering standout visuals, you will feel right at home.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong experience in video and image production: shooting, editing, motion, animation, post-production
- Solid skills in 3D (Blender, Cinema4D, or similar) or a strong visual culture for premium rendering
- Comfortable with AI media tools such as Nano Banana, Sora 2, Kling, or equivalents
- Ability to manage a full content pipeline across multiple formats and channels
- Highly organised, creative, and detail-driven – nothing goes live off-brand
- Comfortable working closely with design, product, and marketing teams to align visuals with strategy
What Will Make You Stand Out
- Experience with Figma, After Effects/Premiere, C4D/Blender or similar tools
- Background in crypto or consumer fintech
- A portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end ownership of video and 3D content
- Understanding of content performance metrics (CTR, retention, conversion) and iterative creative testing
- Ability to localise visual content across languages and regions
What You Will Be Working On
- Own the full media creation process: concept > script > shoot > 3D > edit > optimise
- Produce high-impact short-form videos, motion design assets, 2D/3D animations, and product visuals
- Experiment with AI creation tools (Nano Banana, Sora 2, Kling...) to push creative boundaries
- Collaborate with growth and design teams to turn strategy into compelling visual content
- Track performance and continuously refine the creative direction based on real results
What You Will Get
- Competitive salary + stock options
- Private dental + health insurance
- The best tech for your job
- 30 days of paid holidays (excl. bank holidays)
- Option to work 100% remotely or come to the office – your choice!
