As a Community Manager , you\’ll be the voice and heartbeat of our brand across platforms like Twitter/X, Discord, and LinkedIn. You\’ll engage, grow, and nurture our community while attracting new users through engaging content. You are creative, culturally attuned, and fluent in English , with Spanish, French, and German as a plus.

  2. Exceptional content creation skills – memes, threads, polls, and quick-witted replies
  3. Ability to foster positive and engaging community spaces
  4. Strong project management and communication skills

What will make you stand out

  1. Experience in FinTech or Web3 communities
  2. 3+ years of experience in community management
  3. Ability to react quickly to trends and engage in real-time conversations
  4. Fluent in French FR, Spanish ES, Dutch N, or German DE
  5. Understanding of Fintech, crypto, DeFi, Web3, and blockchain technologies

What you\’ll be working on

  1. Build, manage, and grow our communities across Twitter/X, Discord, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  2. Create and curate engaging content to spark discussions and drive brand loyalty
  3. Monitor trends and conversations, ensuring we\’re always part of the dialogue
  4. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and campaigns
  5. Organize AMAs, Twitter Spaces, and community events
  6. Handle community feedback and provide insights to the product team
