Your Role
Our Marketplace is growing from strength to strength. As we onboard new sellers onto the platform, We are looking for an Onboarding and Support Associate to join the Marketplace team. You will be joining a growing team, working alongside the Business Development and Account Management teams to onboard new partners and support the growth of Debenhams.

What You\’ll Be Doing
- Work with the wider marketplace team to initiate and implement the on-boarding of sellers on to the Debenhams Marketplace. This will include supporting sellers to launch, followed by post integration care to ensure all operational aspects are running smoothly
- Monitor seller performance to ensure it is in line with operational KPIs to trade effectively on the marketplace
- Build strong relationships across internal stakeholders from key functions (IT, e-commerce, marketing and legal) to support delivery of marketplace initiatives
- Maintain strong relations with sellers on Debenhams Marketplace, optimising sellers’ catalogue information, and ensuring these conform to Debenhams guidelines
- With the support of the Operations Assistant, successfully load products onto the Debenhams Marketplace
About You
- You will be an analytical, organised and process driven individual
- Ideally around 5 years experience operating within the ecommerce space. Prior experience of working with a Mirakl enabled platform will be beneficial
- Marketplace onboarding experience is preferred
- Possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of management and demonstrable customer-centric thinking
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to work who excels in challenging environments
- Excellent command over MS Office suite
- Team player, able to work with multiple business functions to achieve objectives
- You will develop in-depth knowledge about our platform and how best to assist the integration of new partners, therefore adapting to different situations will be one of your key attributes

- If successful, you’ll then meet with the Onboarding Manager at Debenhams House to discuss your experience in more detail and explore the value you can bring to the team.
- Most of our hiring processes consist of two stages. You will meet with the Head of Onboarding. You may also be asked to meet with Senior Leadership
- We will conclude the process after this stage and feedback soon after your final meeting with a final decision.
