The Role
We are seeking a creative and commercially minded Senior Influencer Executive to deliver high‑impact influencer marketing campaigns across fashion, beauty and lifestyle. You will work within the Brand Marketing team, take ownership of campaign execution, support strategy, optimise performance and mentor junior members.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead end‑to‑end execution of influencer campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms
- Source, negotiate and manage relationships with influencers and creators across multiple tiers
- Own campaign timelines, budgets, contracts, gifting and content approvals
- Brief influencers clearly to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand content
- Track content usage rights and support paid amplification and whitelisting where required
- Analyse campaign performance and produce clear reporting with actionable insights
- Identify opportunities to optimise influencer strategy based on data, trends and audience behaviour
- Support and mentor junior team members or executives where applicable
- Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates and competitor activity

- 3+ years proven experience in influencer marketing or social media, ideally within fashion, beauty or e‑commerce
- Strong understanding of creator culture, platforms and performance metrics
- Experience managing influencer relationships, negotiations and contracts
