The Role
Reporting into the Events Manager, this role will be responsible for planning, organising and executing a wide range of events and brand activations. It requires a creative, detail‑oriented, enthusiastic individual with a strong background in event planning, ideally within the Fashion & Beauty industry. This role will be based out of our central Manchester office.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conceptualise, plan and deliver high‑impact and innovative events and brand activations across the UK, IE and US markets
- Manage all aspects of event production including supplier management, logistics, budget and on‑site management
- Ensure all activations and events align with our brand identity and work to strategic objectives and KPIs
- Collaborate with the PR, Influencer and Creative teams to brainstorm ideas and brief in assets/actions where needed
- Manage the brand activation and campaign calendar and supplier database
- Engage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Influencers & Talent to ensure they have a positive experience
- Conduct post‑event evaluations and reports to assess the success of brand activations and provide future recommendations
- Raise purchase orders and manage invoice process for suppliers
