We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Community Account Assistant in our Marketplace team to help us manage our clientele. Supporting an Account Manager on Global Partner Accounts across fashion, beauty, and home, you will deliver the agreed business plan and provide excellent customer service. You will be the point of contact for the key wholesale partner and ensure the account's needs are met and relevant products are put forward and delivered to partners to drive sales. This role will be based out of our central Manchester office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a good relationship with the partner through regular communication and efficient issue resolution.
  • Independent decision making whilst constantly reviewing sales performance with any opportunities or risks and reporting this back to the account manager.
  • Work closely with the Merchandisers to fulfil any category areas of OTB and ensure commitment is tracked, allocated, and dispatched in line with your deadlines.
  • Track partner deliveries with regular contact with brand and warehouse teams, ensuring this tracking is communicated back to the partner regularly.
  • Allocate partner stock and oversee the PPO process, liaising with supply chain to ensure timely dispatch of all lines.
  • Update and maintain partner style tracker with additional POs or cancellations.
  • Work closely with the Assistant Product Seller to ensure the range appropriateness for each brand across the Boohoo Group.
  • Produce product sales reports for the partner and share these when needed to support decisions.

Your Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Proficient computer skills including strong understanding of Microsoft Excel including lookups and pivot tables.
  • Experience dealing with large data sets with consistency and data accuracy.
  • Outstanding commercial awareness and comprehensive understanding of planning & trading.
  • Ability to prioritise workflow and ensure challenging deadlines are met, in line with critical path and partner's needs.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of working with Key Accounts, multiple brand teams, and supply chain to build productive relationships.
  • Must be confident, professional, and willing to participate in customer-facing meetings.
  • Always strives to improve the department's operation and increase knowledge of own and related job functions.
  • Ability to manage the detail as well as the bigger picture, especially by working collaboratively as a team and being a team player at all costs.
