The Role

As a Brand Marketing Executive, you will support the Senior Brand Manager and collaborate with teams across the business to plan and execute impactful marketing campaigns. From coordinating seasonal launches to managing third‑party brand partnerships, you play a vital role in shaping how customers experience Debenhams Fashion, Home & Beauty. This role will be based in our central Manchester office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the end-to‑end development and execution of seasonal marketing campaigns
  • Manage campaign assets and act as a key liaison between creative, buying, and wider internal teams
  • Own and maintain the campaign calendar, ensuring alignment and visibility across all departments
  • Identify and evaluate third‑party brand partnership opportunities, producing compelling pitch decks to support negotiations
  • Track and analyse campaign performance, translating data into clear and actionable insights
  • Oversee day‑to‑day administrative and project coordination tasks to keep campaigns running smoothly
  • Champion brand consistency by ensuring all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and tone of voice
  • Proactively monitor industry trends across fashion and home to inform campaign strategy and creative direction
  • Support with briefing in channel assets for launches
