Your Role We are on the lookout for an Event Manager within the Brand Marketing team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing a dynamic events calendar that drives brand engagement and business growth. From concept to delivery, you’ll oversee end-to-end event production, ensuring seamless execution and impactful experiences. With a strong focus on B2B events, you’ll create opportunities to connect with key industry partners, stakeholders, and clients, reinforcing brand positioning and fostering meaningful relationships. Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll bring creative event concepts to life, delivering high-quality activations that align with broader marketing and business objectives.
Your Team You will be joining the Partnerships Team which is a dynamic force driving influencers, events, press, sponsorships, and brand collaborations. They bring campaigns to life through top-tier talent, strategic partnerships, and unforgettable real-life activations. The past year has been fast-paced and filled with standout moments—like launching the first-ever Debenhams Day Spa. With a team of 8, ranging from senior managers to assistants and spanning Manchester, London and LA they cover all key areas across fashion, beauty, and home.

Ideally you will have event management experience preferably from within a brand marketing, retail or corporate environment being able to demonstrate experience in planning and executing B2B events, trade shows, networking events, and industry activations.
We want to see a proven record of managing multiple events from concept to execution in addition to working with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
We will expect you to have had hands-on experience managing event budgets, negotiating contracts, and securing cost-effective solutions.
We see a lot of growth with this role and want to see some leadership through managing and mentoring a team, delegating tasks, and overseeing event staff or external agencies.
